Project Description

Rudra Solar Energy successfully completed a Commercial Solar Drying Project for Cash Crops in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, delivering an energy-efficient Solar Drying Solution for Cotton, Sugarcane and Turmeric producers. The project was developed to support farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and agro-processing industries by reducing post-harvest losses, maintaining product quality, improving shelf life and lowering drying costs through advanced Commercial & Hybrid Solar Dryer technology. The system enables hygienic drying while promoting sustainable agriculture and renewable energy adoption across Maharashtra.
