Project Description

Rudra Solar Energy successfully delivered a Commercial Solar Dryer for Dry Fruits & Nuts in Maharashtra, providing an energy-efficient and hygienic drying solution for premium-quality dry fruit processing. The project was developed to dry Cashew, Walnut, Almond, Makhana, Pistachio, Peanut, Hazelnut, Coconut, and other dry fruits while preserving their natural taste, texture, nutritional value, healthy oils, aroma, and shelf life. The commercial solar drying system features food-grade stainless steel trays, optimized airflow, and controlled drying temperatures to ensure uniform moisture removal without affecting product quality.
